User's notes

Longicorn beetle —please assist with the identification– . Apparently came out of indigenous cedars' timber stored here. Climbed up the wall of this apartment late last night where i noticed it and eventually captured these few photographs when it stood still for a bit. :) Presumably was a still alive borer when this timber was stored here and has matured an metamorphosed into this beetle. 2025 June 18th 11:27 pm

No worries.

I have to add that this beetle may have originated in central or southern Qld and been transported from there within the timber as a borer. I don't have the original source location of the timber.
