This is a trick specimen to identify. The median paired stripes present the best clue that the species is Caenoplana variegata. The lateral stripes are thin and discontinuous. The species is living up to its specific epithet - variable!
Fletchamia sugdeni does not have longitudinal stripes as in your specimen. Rather it s body is Canary yellow with possibly some suggestion of stripes at the head end. The eye pattern is quite different to Caenoplana.
