Either Carlia longipes or C. rostralis, which are similar and both recorded on Fitzroy Island. Due to the uncertainty, I think its best to leave this as Carlia sp., unless someone can distinguish between these two species from the photos provided. This looks like a juvenile, judging by the proportionately large head.
