I assume you're referring to E. radicans in your comment, I don't think E. rubicans exists? According to the key this should however be E. lapeyrousei instead, with inflorescences in dense, sessile cymes and the leaves are dull and rough (not shiny) with attenuate (narrow) not obtuse (broad) bases.
